In the Name of the People is the first book by Liaisons, a collective of authors the United States, France, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Quebec, Russia, and Spain. The book is an analysis and reflection on the global populist surge, written from our experiences within the localities we inhabit. The upheaval and polarizations caused by populist movements around the world indicates above all the urgency to develop a series of planetary revolutionary interpretations, and to make the necessary connections in order to understand and act in the present.
